At Material, we want you to love your home; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
